The resort has a free shuttle bus to patong beach. It's very convenient. the scenery includes a private beach, very useful. i saw a large swimming pool on the premises. the breakfast buffet included several choices.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! it featured both asian and western options. The choices were varied and exquisite. dinners at the hotel were very good, the prices felt reasonable and appropriate for the quality.

The breakfast had a generous spread of options.
The cable car WAS broken, so our hillside room required a long walk. Buggies were often unavailable, with waits up to 20 minutes at times. The resort seemed dated, and maintenance wasn't consistent.

I found the hotel fine, with its own private beach. It wasn't too rocky. i stayed in a beachfront cottage, spacious and beautifully designed. the hotel has a couple of restaurants with a great menu, even catering to vegetarians. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. i easily spent my entire stay on the hotel, strolling through the expansive grounds and swimming in the massive pool.
i booked the beachfront villa. i tried to contact the hotel and send them a message, but nobody responded. the room wasn't suitable for four people, and they didn't have another room to suggest. we tried to ask them to cancel our reservation, but we did not succeed.

The staff, led by ja, was professional. They were attentive throughout my stay. ja and the team followed up on every detail. they ensured my needs were met with care.

The grounds are well maintained. Staff constantly attend to the upkeep. this includes the beach garden and pool cleaning. the pool doesn't create the idea of a standard resort pool area packed with people.

The lagoon room was beautifully located. it gives an lovely view overlooking the lagoon and the sea. the room was big and spacious. The bathroom has a jacuzzi suitable for a family or a couple.
